As most of you already know, I don’t eat a lot of grains/sugars anymore. I’m not a nazi about it but it’s the way I feel best physically, mentally, and emotionally. As it turns out there is a huge population of people who believe in the same ideology. The Paleo folks believe in the history/health approach listed below. This is the last time I will ever talk about this. I don’t want to push my beliefs on anyone and I think everyone should eat the way that makes them happy, energetic, and healthy. End of story. The recipes you find me whipping up will be a little different though.

They won’t have grains.

They typically won’t have sugar.

They will have fat (healthy fat). Sometimes lots of it.

That being said, an 80/20 lifestyle keeps me sane, happy, and healthy. This way of eating has changed my life but my approach to food is stress-free for the first time.

I don’t diet

I don’t worry about calories

And, at times, I indulge and love every bite of it.
